Yes, you can add up to 20 Call Dispositions.
NOTE: Only managers with admin rights can add Call Dispositions.
To add the Call Dispositions:
- Click on the Administration tab in the menu bar and navigate to the Basic tab. If you do not see this tab, please contact ConnectLeader Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 603-952-2505.
- Expand the Call Dispositions section.
- Call Dispositions for all the products that you have a license for will be displayed.
- Click on the + Call Disposition button under the product for which you want to add a disposition.
- This will pop up a window, where you can fill the disposition details.
- Click Save to add a new disposition, which will be listed in the Call Disposition window > Call Result dropdown for selection.
