- Click on the Scheduler tab in the menu bar.
- Double click the existing session and change the date/time.
- Click Save to reschedule the session and then click on the My Session tab to go back to the Dialing Screen.
NOTE: You can schedule a maximum duration of 8 hours for a Dialing Session. When trying to schedule or extend the duration beyond that, you will be prompted with an alert message. Also, you can contact ConnectLeader Support to limit the maximum scheduler duration further e.g. 4 hours or 2 hours.
