Lead Pool Session is an innovative feature, intended and developed for Team Dialer users to connect with more decision-makers in less time, which improves sales productivity. The underlying strategy used in the Lead Pool Session enables equal allocation of records in the Lead Pool List among the Teams (Sales Reps), which then are assigned to the dialing agents for individual dialing.
The Administrator or Sales Manager (with admin rights) can perform the following actions
- Team Creation
- Add a Lead Pool List to the Teams or Users to initiate the Lead Pool Session
