The Notification feature is to alert the users when a touch has been completed or needs a user’s attention, based on the settings enabled in the Settings » Notifications tab.
You can find the Notification icon on the top-right of the header. If there are any new inbound notification(s), you will be notified with the count in Red.
When the unread notification count exceeds 999, the notification badge shows the count as 999+, as shown below:
NOTE: The Notification feature will be shown in both TruCadence and the Customer portal.
Click on the Notification icon to bring up the Notification Panel and to view the notification(s) received. For example, if you enabled the notification for the activity ‘Email – Sent’ (under the Settings tab), then you will be notified for each email that has been sent.
All the unread notifications will be displayed in a light gray background as shown below:
From the Notification Panel, you can perform the following actions:
- Filter and view the notifications based on the Date Range and Outcome.
NOTE: The available Time & Date Ranges are – 15 mins, 1 hour, 3 hours, and 6 hours, Last 7 days, Current Week and Today.
- Navigate to the Prospect Information page by clicking on the prospect name.
NOTE: When clicking the Notification icon, a maximum of 15 notifications will be displayed in the Notification panel. If more than 15 notifications are available then the Load More button will be displayed at the bottom to load the next 15 notifications.
