In the Cadences tab, Cadences (both Active and Inactive) that are associated with an Account will be displayed. The Accounts tab is a repository that allows you to connect and view the data for all the imported prospects that are associated with a specific account.
The Accounts has been loaded with:
- Statistical information/data of a specific account
o Total number of Cadences associated (both active & inactive)
o Total number of touch(es) added to each Cadence
o Total number of Prospects associated with a specific account and their Statuses
o Email Templates used
o Total number of Emails sent and their Outcomes
o Total number of Calls made and their Outcomes
- Total number of Pending Emails & Pending Calls
- Detailed Activity of all the prospects associated with a specific account
- Option to assign the unassigned prospect(s) to a Cadence
- All pending emails (under the Pending Emails tab) can be sent directly from Accounts » Account Name » Tasks by clicking on the Personalize Emails button.
- All pending calls (under the Pending Calls tab) can be moved to the ConnectLeader portal » My Session tab for dialing directly from here.
To view the account information, click on the Account that you wish to view.
The Account Information window of the selected Account will be displayed with seven tabs as follows:
- Overview – The Overview tab is used to view the Statistical information/data of a specific account – such as Cadences, Prospects, Touches, Templates, Emails, and Calls.
- Prospects – You can find the prospects that are associated with the selected Account, in different states.
- Cadences – Any Cadences (both Active and Inactive) that are associated with the respective Account will be displayed.
- Tasks – You can find the tasks waiting for execution (the Cadence action) i.e. Pending Emails, Pending Calls, and Pending Social Touches.
- Stats – A graphical representation of the data for the selected Account will be displayed
- Activity – The detailed Activity of all the prospects associated with the selected Account will be displayed
- Details – You can view the selected Account details such as – Account Name, Owner, Domain Name and Tag.
