The Notification feature is to alert the users when a touch has been completed or needs the user's attention.
You can enable notifications for the Outcomes for Email, Text and Call Touches under Settings » Notifications tab.
Below you will be shown how to enable the notification for the Touch Outcomes:
- In the Settings » Notifications tab, select the Outcome(s) for the Touch(es) for which you would like to be notified.
- Click Save Settings. After the settings have been saved, the following message will be displayed:
For example, if you enabled the notification for the activity ‘Email – Sent’, then you will be notified each time an email is sent.
