The Call Comments field in the Call Disposition window is used to enter the detailed notes about the call. For dispositions, Other and Call Issue, it is required to put notes in to save the Call Disposition.
You can set a character limit to the ‘Call Comments’ field and restrict users from entering characters beyond this limit.
Please contact ConnectLeader Support to enable this feature and provide the Maximum Character Limit as needed. For example, 250 characters.
The ‘number of characters entered/maximum allowed characters’ will be displayed below the Call Comments field, as shown below:
