The Email Execution Schedule is used to schedule and send the emails automatically to your prospects (assigned to a Cadence with Email Touch) based on the timeframe selected. Emails will only be sent during the selected timeframe.
The schedule can also be shared with your team members (for managers) or with all users in an organization. This will allow them to make use of this Schedule when sending emails to their prospects. Schedules can only be viewed by users that have been given shared access.
Below you will be shown how to set up a new Email Execution schedule:
- Under TruCadence » Settings » Email Execution Schedule tab, click on the Add Schedule button.
- Enter a Schedule Name and select a Time Zone you want to send the email in.
NOTE: Make sue that the Schedule Name does not exceed 254 characters. If it exceeds, the alert message below will be displayed when clicking the Save & Close button.
If you wish to automatically send the emails using the prospects time zone instead of the Default Time Zone, then select the Send Emails using Prospects Time Zone if available checkbox. A confirmation message will be displayed, as shown below after clicking the Save & Close button. Click OK.
- Choose the time slots for the days that emails should be sent during.
- Click Save & Close to save the email execution schedule.
