NOTE: This tab will be available only for Managers.
Based on the CRM Sync Settings & Sync Field Mappings in the Settings tab, TruCadence will check for updates/modification of the records (prospects) in both TruCadence and Salesforce. If any changes/modifications occur, then a sync log will appear under the Sync Log tab.
You can filter and view the Sync Log.
If any Sync Failure occurs, you can view the reason for the failure by hovering your mouse on the Failure icon under the Status column of the respective prospect and the reason for sync failure will be displayed.
