Sending individual emails is also known as the Send One-Off Email option. This feature will allow you to send emails to the desired prospects in a single click.
You can access the Send One-Off Email (Send Email icon 
) feature from the following tabs.

Below you will be shown how to send emails to a prospect.
- Select the prospect that you would like to send an email to and click on the Send Email button.
- After the Send Email window pops up, type in a Subject and a Body or insert a pre-saved email template.
- Click on the Send button to send the email.
