In the Call Metrics section, you can find the total metrics of the Session. This includes the number of dials made, the number of connected calls, the number of VMs left, the total session time, the total dial time, the total minutes used and any remaining minutes.
- Click on the pie icon to the right of the Call Control to bring up the Metrics menu.
a. If the Remaining Minutes is less than 200 minutes, then the Metric icon will appear orange.
b. If Additional Minutes are purchased or Remaining Minutes are greater than 200 minutes, then the Metric icon will appear in the usual color.
- Click on the pie icon again to close the Metrics menu.
