You can delete or cancel a dialing session up to an hour prior to the scheduled session. If it passed this time, you can reach out to ConnectLeader Support so they can cancel/delete this session.
Find the steps below to cancel a dialing session:
- In the Scheduler tab » Calendar view, click on the session that needs to be canceled/deleted.
- Click Delete on the pop-up window to cancel/delete the scheduled dialing session.
- A confirmation pop up will appear, click on OK to cancel/delete the scheduled session permanently.
