- If you want to re-check all the unchecked records in the My Session tab, click on the Call checkbox on the header.
- The warning message shown below will be displayed to confirm if you would like to check all boxes, including records that are flagged as ‘Do Not Call Until’.
Click Yes to re-select all records, including those records that are flagged for ‘Do Not Call Until‘, or click Cancel to cancel this process.
- Once you have clicked Yes, all records, including records flagged for ‘Do Not Call Until’, will be selected.
